Service Description

HumanizeKit is a text processing tool that uses AI to rewrite content. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the output's ability to pass specific AI detection tools.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use HumanizeKit responsibly and in compliance with your institution's academic integrity policies. You are solely responsible for how you use the humanized text.

User Responsibility

HumanizeKit is designed as a writing assistance tool. Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring their use complies with applicable academic integrity policies
• Reviewing and editing humanized text before submission
• Not using the service for fraud, plagiarism, or any illegal purpose

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

HumanizeKit is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to academic penalties, content rejection, or AI detection results.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
